Refund Policy

One-time credit packs

• Pack credits never expire and are yours to use anytime.
• Unused packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent cannot be refunded.
• Approved refunds claw back the granted credits first, then return the money to the original payment method via Razorpay (5-10 business days).

Monthly subscriptions

• Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current month stays active until its end date. Completed months are not refunded.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected in full - contact us and we will fix it.

How to request a refund

Write to support@velatl.ai with your account email and payment reference (shown on your billing page). We respond within 3 business days. Free signup credits have no cash value and are never refundable.
